Thought for the day

As I was sitting at the light coming from the local health food store, I look over and see this family in the car next to me.  Every one of them were overweight and stuffing their faces with Egg McMuffins or something similar to that and all I could think of is do they know what this is doing to their bodies?  The child in the back seat must have weighed 150 lbs and was probably 7 or 8 years old.  We have come from being a nation of people that grew their own foods and worked hard every day to a nation of fast food and jobs that are sit down 8 hours a day.  Everything has become easy and fast.  the newer generations will not know what it was like to enjoy the fruit of their labor..........Sad
