I have this for breakfast and as a dessert in the evenings!
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 – 6 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (enough to fill 3/4 of the jar)
- 1 Tblsp raw cacao powder
- agave (optional)
- Additional add ins (berries, chopped almonds, bananas, shredded coconut, )
DIRECTIONS:
- Place all ingredients into a mason jar. Screw lid on tight and shake vigorously.
- Place in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight (chia seeds will expand as they set).
- Mix with a spoon and pour desired toppings on top. Take it to go.
