Ingredients
1 cup Coconut Bliss Vanilla Island coconut-
milk ice cream
1/2 cup almond milk (or nut or seed milk of
choice)
1 pint fresh strawberries (or frozen)
1 cup peaches, peeled and chopped
Directions
Place nut milk and fresh fruit in blender to liquefy,
then add the coconut-milk ice cream and blend until
smooth.
